It covers our work on all ILA container ports from Maine to Texas. It includes language on wages and benefits.
NY-NJ Port-wide agreement 2004-2010 extended to 2012 This contract between the New York Shipping Association (NYSA) and the International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) is currently in effect until September 30, 2012. It covers our work on all ILA container terminals, cruise terminals and Bulk Terminals in the port of New York and New Jersey. It includes language on wages, benefits, hiring, working conditions.

Ceres Atlantic - ILA 1588 additional foremen staffing agreement 1588 negotiated this memorandom of agreement to increase safety by adding additional foremen and assitant formen with pay garantees.
Ceres Atlantic – IL 1588 MOU on working conditions 3/5/08 This Memorandum of Understanding between Ceres and 1588 sets out some rules about condition at the pier including drinking water and shelter and vacation scheduling.
