It covers our work on all ILA container terminals, cruise terminals and Bulk Terminals in the port of New York and New Jersey. It includes language on wages, benefits, hiring, working conditions.

Ceres Atlantic – IL 1588 MOU on working conditions 3/5/08 This Memorandum of Understanding between Ceres and 1588 sets out some rules about condition at the pier including drinking water and shelter and vacation scheduling.
